Shardé N. Alexander


Shardé Alexander is a visual artist working between the regions of Riverside County,  California (Tongva, Cahuilla, & Luiseño lands) and Los Angeles County, California (Chumash & Tongva lands).


Experimenting with video, installation, photography, audio, and other mediums, she explores the complexities of love, girlhood, sanctuary, and adultification deriving from self lived experiences and world view perspectives that directly affect Black female bodies.


She currently holds a BA in Studio Art from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Assistant to the Associate Producer. Served as a liaison with external companies. Executed the editing of videos and produced a range of animated graphics for television and social media use. Managed and updated existing social media and website domains.

Produced and edited various imaging projects, consisting of up to 300 images, requiring reimaging, color editing, and photoshop correction for the redistribution around The Getty for future exhibitions.
